Growth is a journey
that begins with self-understanding

About me
The key word in my work is “understanding.” Understanding oneself, others, and the world around us. Deep in my heart, I believe that understanding holds the path to a freer self, healthier relationships, and a more fulfilling life.
I have been dedicated to coaching since 2010, and for the past decade, I have specialized in the psychodynamic approach to coaching, supervision, mentoring, and adult education. Why this particular approach? Because it enables what I see as essential – uncovering hidden motives, unconscious patterns, and beliefs, and then consciously transforming them. With my clients, I work on creating sustainable change that not only supports their personal growth but also has the potential to bring greater harmony to their relationships and improve their overall quality of life.
My work is so fulfilling that I teach what I practice. This is why I founded Via Institute – an organization where we develop those who are passionate about helping others grow, all within the framework of the psychodynamic approach.

As a psychodynamic coach, I believe in the inner strength within each of us. The more internal obstacles we overcome, the more autonomous we become.”
My Coaching Approach
With a diverse background and a deep commitment to personal growth and development, I’ve cultivated a coaching approach that combines three powerful methodologies: Transactional Analysis, Mindfulness and Compassion, and the Body-Experience Approach.
At the heart of my coaching practice lies a vivid combination of three transformative approaches:
01.
Transactional Analysis
Through Transactional Analysis, I help my clients gain valuable insights into their interactions, behaviours, and communication patterns. By understanding these dynamics, we can address underlying challenges and foster healthier relationships, both personally and professionally.
02.
Mindfulness and Compassion Approach
Mindfulness and compassion form the bedrock of my coaching philosophy. By encouraging a present-moment awareness and cultivating self-compassion, I support my clients in developing emotional intelligence, resilience, and a positive outlook on life’s challenges.
03.
Body-Experience Approach
I recognize the profound connection between mind and body. In my coaching sessions, I invite clients to explore the body-experience approach, which emphasizes the significance of somatic awareness in personal growth and transformation. By tapping into the body’s wisdom, we can create sustainable and holistic change.
My Core Values
As a coach and as a person, I live by a set of core values that influence every aspect of my work:
Usefulness —
One of the most important aspects of my work is helping clients develop practical solutions and strategies that can be applied in real life.
Sustainability —
It is important to me that all the changes I work on with my clients are sustainable in the long term. I support a systemic approach to implementing changes and focus on solutions that work over time.
Personal Care —
I firmly believe that people thrive when they feel cared for and supported. I create a space for my clients that is built on respect, empathy, and understanding, enabling them to explore and overcome personal challenges.
Authenticity —
Personal authenticity is the foundation of my approach to everything I do. I also believe that supporting clients in embracing their own authenticity allows them to fully develop their abilities and feel more whole and confident in both their professional and personal lives.
Education —
I am deeply convinced of the importance and value of high-quality education, especially in professions that work with people. That’s why I continually focus on my professional growth, attend supervision sessions every two weeks, and engage in regular reflective practice.
Ethical practice —
In addition to working in helping and developmental professions, I am also an entrepreneur. As such, I hold high regard for and practice values-driven, ethically grounded business that is mindful of clients, fellow entrepreneurs, society, and the environment.
My Clients:
Throughout my career, I have worked with a diverse clientele, supporting individuals and teams across various industries. Whether it’s guiding leaders through organizational or role changes, empowering entrepreneurs to achieve their goals, or helping multinational corporations foster a positive work environment, I approach each collaboration with a focus on what is most beneficial for the client in the given moment.
Typical topics that clients bring to coaching sessions include burnout, stress and energy management, building a personal vision, boosting self-confidence, navigating transitions in business or personal roles, fostering self-compassion, addressing bullying, managing conflicts, creating psychological safety in teams, and cultivating a deeper understanding of oneself and others.
An Advocate for Professional Coaching:
I see coaching as a relatively new profession in the field of people and organizational development, and it is important to me to raise awareness about professional and ethical standards that help enhance the quality of our work. I am actively involved in professional coaching organizations and find it meaningful to create conditions that support the growth and development of both coaches and the coaching profession itself.
Between 2021 and 2023, I served on the Board of EMCC Czechia and Slovakia (the European Mentoring and Coaching Council) as a Council Member for Quality Standards and Ethics, contributing to the establishment of the Czech-Slovak micro-region. I am also a member of the Accreditation and Certification Commission of the Slovak Association of Coaches (SAKO). Additionally, I have participated in several international working groups within the Slovak chapter of the ICF (International Coaching Federation), focusing on areas such as supervision and team coaching.
My Philosophy
Early in my life, my mother instilled in me two powerful messages: that people do the best they can in any given moment and that there are underlying reasons behind their behaviors. These messages sparked my interest in psychodynamic work, leading me to believe that understanding our unconscious patterns brings clarity to our decisions, while letting go of unhelpful patterns fosters autonomy in our lives.

“I am OK — You are OK”
I view every human being as fundamentally “being OK” and approach my clients from this positive standpoint. Embracing the belief that we are all inherently capable and valuable lays the foundation for empowering coaching journeys.

Rewriting the Script
Throughout our lives, each of us unconsciously creates a script that shapes our perceptions and choices. I believe that as adults, we have the power to redesign this script, liberating ourselves to lead more conscious, autonomous, and fulfilling lives. This transformation empowers us to engage fully in our relationships and savor the freedom to make meaningful choices.

Unleashing Potential
I firmly believe that each of my clients possesses a unique capacity to think and a vast reservoir of untapped potential. My role as a coach, mentor or supervisor is to facilitate their connection with these inherent abilities and not hinder their path to realizing them fully.
My Expertise
I specialize in coaching individuals, teams, and pairs (professional relationship coaching), as well as in supervision and mentoring for coaches. Additionally, I lead ICF and EMCC accredited training programs in coaching, mentoring and supervision.
I also work as a consultant – together with my team, we are happy to share our expertise in implementing coaching or mentoring into your corporate culture, or we can design customized development programs tailored to your needs.
