I hold one essential belief in life: that every person is doing the best they can at any given moment, with the resources they have available to them at that time. This belief shapes my coaching practice, which I approach with a deep sense of understanding, respect, and authenticity.
At the heart of my coaching philosophy are core values that I strive to embody in every aspect of my life. I believe in usefulness, sustainability, personal care, authenticity, and ethical practice. As a former mediator and expert in alternative dispute resolution, I continue to see it as my mission to support effective conflict resolution in the workplace.
I provide specialized relationship coaching, where I help clients—often pairs—navigate challenging or even conflictual professional relationships. My goal is to foster improved communication, mutual understanding, and collaboration.
